Sr. Elizabeth was born Agnes Kohler and raised in Brooklyn and entered the Ursuline community in 1950. She devoted her life to teaching in in New York and Connecticut and served at many schools including Our Lady of Grace, St. Thomas the Apostle, Our Lady of Grace, St. William the Abbot, and St. Maurice.
