April 9, 1926 – May 17, 2019

Known for her deep faith and joyful demeanor, Sr. Germaine (Ruth Ann) Campbell passed away in 2019 after dedicating 75 years of her life as an Ursuline Sister. Sr. Germaine taught at Our Lady of Grace, St. Thomas the Apostle, and Our Lady of Victory before serving as principal of Our Lady Star of the Sea. She went on to serve as Recreational Coordinator for United Cerebral Palsy of Queens and was a religious education instructor at St. William the Abbot for many years. Sr. Germaine also ministered to seniors at Harvest House, the Tabor House retreat center, and served the sick and elderly Sisters at Maria Regina Residence.
