Sr. Joanne Power was born in Fethard, County Tipperary, Ireland. She joined the congregation of the Ursuline Sisters of Tildonk when she arrived in the United States at the age of 16. Sr. Joanne taught at Nativity BVM, Our Lady of Grace, St. Maurice, and St. Thomas the Apostle. She also served as Superior at Nativity BVM and Our Lady of Grace.
