Sr. Mary Catherine Riley entered the Ursuline Congregation in 1949. She was known for her passion for arts and crafts and, after having served as an art teacher at St. Maurice and Our Lady of Victory, provided many of her creations for community celebrations and fundraising endeavors. In addition to being a counselor for the National Association of Alcoholism Counselors, Sr. Mary Catherine volunteered at many community events, was a sacristan and Eucharistic Minister, and aided her fellow Sisters as a driver and shopper.
