November 11, 1914 – February 7, 2003

Sr. Patricia was born in County Tipperary, Ireland and came to the United States at the age of 19 to enter the congregation of the Ursuline Sisters of Tildonk. She earned her BS from St. John’s University, her MS from Fordham University, and PhD from St. John’s University. She taught at Nativity BVM and served as a guidance counselor at Holy Family High School and St. Mary’s High School, where she was also the Academic Dean. Sr. Patricia also lectured in Psychology at Manhattan College and St. John’s University. She continued to instruct Religious Education at St. Michael’s and St. Agnes after her retirement from full-time teaching.

Sr. Patricia was joined in her vocation by her sister, Sr. Cecilia.
